In 2009, we converted our property to rotational grazing as the second stage of adopting cell grazing. Over 2.4 km of 3 wire electric laneway fencing was installed in addition to more than 10km of single wire internal fencing from this laneway to control cattle access. Another 9 troughs were installed on the existing water system. The project was started in February 2009 and completed in June 2009. We began rotationally grazing sporadically in January with our existing paddocks, and fully moved to rotational grazing in June once the fencing had been completed.
